Delivery

Courier:

• Leaves the order near the door;
• Maintains a safe distance;
• Takes a photo of the bouquet at the specified address (next to the customer's door);
• Calls the customer using the provided phone number.

The customer picks up and verifies their order. Within three minutes, the customer calls the courier again to confirm receipt of the order.

After that, the courier departs.

Delivery methods and intervals

• Order processing is available 24/7;
• Delivery is conducted in intervals.
• The nearest delivery interval is determined within 3 hours from the time of ordering and confirmation by the manager.

Special cases:

• In case the recipient is not available during the delivery or if the order needs to be delivered to a different address, the cost of re-delivery is 100 hryvnias.
• If it is necessary to contact the recipient, please timely inform the managers or leave a comment when placing the order online.
